  • 5 pounds chicken wings, preferably with skin
  • 1 tbsp Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • Honey citrus glaze
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Set a wire rack inside a cookie sheet, for easy cleanup, you might want to line the bottom of the cookie sheet with foil, this won't touch your food, but, will make cleaning a breeze.

Spread wings out on rack, as evenly as you can

Bake wings until cooked through, this will take about 45 minutes, the skin should be crispy.

While the wings are cooking, this is when I make my glaze IF I don't have any on hand.  See recipe here:

Pull wings from oven and brush on glaze liberally on both sides.  Place back in the oven and roast until the glaze has caramelized, this shouldn't take more than 10 minutes, tops.
