I get asked a lot, where do I start? What is AIP? Is this compliant? Why can’t we have this or that? When can I start having this or that again? These are all great questions.
When I was first diagnosed with Hashimoto’s I had far more questions than answers, and, my GP was of absolutely NO help…especially if it didn’t involve writing a prescription.
In my journey to find relief and health, I stumbled into some good forums and found some great articles that I still refer back to today. I wanted to compile them together, so, if anyone wondered what all this food elimination stuff was about and why, it was here all together.
