This is a great side addition to so many things, one of my personal favorites, is on my carne asada or pork belly tacos. I also topped it on a hamburger patty with some roasted brussel sprouts with bacon, and yeah, that’s a winner too! It comes together super fast and tastes even better the next day (if it lasts that long).
This goes really well with just about any cut of beef, pork tacos, or even white fish.
- 1 bag slaw
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup shredded horseradish
- Pinch of Himalayan salt
- 1 diced green apple
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
