AIP Honey Citrus Glaze

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 entire head of minced garlic
  • 3/4-1 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp EVOO
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  1. Brown garlic, in EVOO. Add onion powder, let sweat.
  2. Add juices. Bring to simmer.
  3. Add honey and coconut aminos.
  4. Bring to a rolling simmer until reduced by half.
